This weekend, we're excited to officially launch the attached headboard as the new standard configuration for Keeps Signature Strap and Bolted Bed Frames.

From the beginning, our goal has been to offer furniture that is better adapted to the realities of modern life. Countless moves, rented spaces, evolving tastes, expanding needs; Keeps pieces are designed to stay useful through it all.

The new attached headboard is a natural evolution of that thinking.

By connecting the headboard supports directly into the bed frame, we've created a cleaner silhouette, simplified assembly, and a more cohesive structure. The result feels less like an accessory added to the bed and more like a bed designed as a complete piece from the start.

Earlier this year, we tested the design with customers, gathered feedback, and refined the details. The response confirmed what we hoped: a simpler, more integrated solution that still honors the durability and quality Keeps is known for.

Which also means the bed frame still exists as a finished bed all it's own, without the headboard if that's not your style.

Or if you prefer the original standalone metal headboard assembly, don't worry, it's still available. New customers can select it as an alternative at no additional cost. Existing customers that decide this new assembly is a better fit, can add the matching headboard whenever they're ready. 

That's always been the goal: furniture that moves with you, rather than asking you to adapt to it.

While the change may seem small, it represents years of learning, iteration, and conversations with customers about how they actually live.

And it's the version of the Keeps Bed we've been growing toward all along.
